The Pilot Course was scheduled for March and April 2020. Due to the upcoming COVID-19 crises in Austria, the first lockdown started directly after the second online training of the course run. The course was switched to virtual training. This arose several problems because people who want to learn digital competencies do not have the competence to run a virtual-only course. Nevertheless, the course could be finished with good feedback. Other courses could not be implemented due to the frequently published restriction in assemblies of people.
